Honey Lime Seafood Kabobs

What’s for dinner this Saturday night? We’re sharing one of our favorite summer recipes, hope you will too!

Fresh Honey-Lime Seafood Kabobs/Grilled Skewers

Ingredients:

15-20 Fresh Tiger Shrimp (Deveined/Shelled) Raw
15-20 Fresh Scallops
1 cup of Fresh Fish, your choice (we love fresh tuna)
1/4 cup Honey Ginger White Balsamic
1/4 cup Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons of our Mediterranean Rub
A pinch of Durango Sea Salt/ Fresh Ground Pepper
A squirt of lime juice

Directions:

1. Take your shrimp, scallops and fish and coat them thoroughly in the Mediterranean Rub. You can either have single variety kabobs (all shrimp) or mixed variety (shrimp, scallops, fish together).

2. Grill until desired tenderness is achieved. In the meantime, grab a bowl and put the Honey Ginger Balsamic, Persian Lime Olive Oil, pepper/salt and whisk together until uniform in texture.

3. Remove kabobs from the grill and drizzle your sauce on top! Grab a fresh lime and squeeze your desired amount. Serve immediately and enjoy!

* Serve these kabobs with a fresh summer salad, rice or even other grilled vegetables. A true summer classic!
